Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social channels
- Resolve questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism
- De-escalate challenging situations when needed
- Escalate cases appropriately
- Process payments or assistance requests
- Track call details for compliance and auditing
- Provide feedback on recurring issues
- Upsell services when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 or older
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Comfortable using desktop computer systems and Windows-based tools
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- College degree optional
