What You’ll Do
⦁ Support customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media
⦁ Respond to questions, issues, and concerns with a solution-first mindset
⦁ De-escalate tough conversations and escalate when needed
⦁ Assist with requests for help and possibly process payments
⦁ Document case details for auditing and reporting purposes
⦁ Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and call trends
⦁ Upsell when required, following program guidelines
What You’ll Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ At least 6 months of customer service experience
⦁ Must be 18 years or older
⦁ Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
⦁ Comfort using Windows-based systems and desktop tools
⦁ Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
⦁ Ability to follow procedures, take feedback, and work a structured schedule with shift variety
⦁ Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (degree is a plus, not required)
⦁ Internet that meets requirements: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, ping under 50ms, no VPN or mobile/hotspot/satellite connections
⦁ Ability to provide proof of internet speed and maintain a distraction-free workspace
