Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social platforms
  • Resolve questions, concerns, and product inquiries
  • De-escalate issues calmly and professionally
  • Escalate cases when required
  • Process payments or requests for assistance
  • Track interaction details for auditing and reporting
  • Provide feedback and insights on call trends
  • Upsell when applicable

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • At least 18 years old
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
  • Comfort with desktop computers and basic Windows knowledge
  • Customer service or sales background preferred
  • College degree optional
