Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social platforms
- Resolve questions, concerns, and product inquiries
- De-escalate issues calmly and professionally
- Escalate cases when required
- Process payments or requests for assistance
- Track interaction details for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback and insights on call trends
- Upsell when applicable
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 18 years old
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
- Comfort with desktop computers and basic Windows knowledge
- Customer service or sales background preferred
- College degree optional
