Clearview Health Group is a remote call center focused on helping consumers maximize their Medicare Advantage coverage. We support members from enrollment onward, ensuring they understand their options and make the most of their plan features.

Schedule

  • Full-time, standard business hours
  • Remote, US-based
  • Optional overtime available on weekdays and Saturdays during peak Medicare Annual Enrollment (Oct 15–Dec 7)

What You’ll Do

  • Receive live call transfers from enrollment agents and support new members immediately
  • Educate members on plan features like doctor selection, prescriptions, allowances, and gym memberships
  • Place outbound calls to provide timely benefit education
  • Answer questions with professionalism and empathy
  • Track interactions and document support for accuracy and compliance
  • Improve member satisfaction by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience

What You Need

  • Prior customer service, call center, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain benefits simply
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and documentation tools
  • Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup
