About Clearview Health Group
Clearview Health Group is a remote call center dedicated to helping consumers maximize their Medicare Advantage benefits. We support members from enrollment onward, ensuring they understand their coverage and have the tools to use it effectively.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (US only)
  • Standard business hours
  • Optional overtime available on weekdays and Saturdays during Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15–Dec 7)

What You’ll Do

  • Receive live call transfers after member enrollment and provide immediate support
  • Make outbound calls to educate members on benefits
  • Explain plan features, including:
    • Finding doctors and specialists
    • Using grocery and OTC allowances
    • Understanding prescription coverage
    • Activating free gym memberships and locating facilities
    • Accessing plan resources
  • Answer member questions with patience and empathy
  • Track interactions and document calls accurately
  • Provide additional support to boost member engagement and satisfaction

What You Need

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or healthcare preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex benefits
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and documentation
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
