Schedule
- Full-time contract (4th Quarter Enrollment)
- Flexible schedule with potential evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Remote within the U.S.
- Successful completion may lead to future enrollment opportunities
Responsibilities
- Educate employees on available benefit programs via phone, web, or face-to-face consultations
- Assist employees with enrollment using electronic platforms while ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy policies
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Call Center Managers to meet client standards
- Document activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and system/product orientations
Requirements
- Active state license in Life and Health Insurance (required)
- 2+ years of experience in benefits counseling or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products (life, health, voluntary benefits)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage schedules, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain accurate documentation
- Must pass background checks and screenings
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Proficiency with Windows, Google-based programs, and other computer applications
