What You’ll Do
- Research and resolve compliance issues related to ERISA, ACA, COBRA, Medicare, USERRA, and other applicable laws.
- Review plan documents and summaries for compliance accuracy.
- Monitor regulatory developments and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of health and welfare benefits plan compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, Medicare, USERRA, and related regulations.
- Excellent communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only; excludes select states)
- Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (local time), occasional weekends
- Paid training: 10–12 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 4:30 PM PST
- Must commit to first 90 days without time off
What You’ll Do
- Place 40–60 outbound calls and send 100+ outbound emails daily to guests interested in cruises.
- Build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Meet performance goals by converting leads into loyal customers.
