Are you a passionate Call Center professional with 2+ years of experience looking for remote opportunities based out of Mason? If so, please keep reading! Our client is looking to fill several Benefit Specialist positions on their Medicare/Medicaid team.
They are seeking compassionate and emphathetic customer service representatives who have the ability to train in office for the first 2 weeks before transitioning to remote work. Please apply today if you are interested! *Must be located within 50 miles of Mason, OH 45040*
Responsibilities
This position will train in office for the first 3 weeks and then move to remote. You MUST be available to work an 8 hour shift any time between the hours of 10am-10:30pm.
- Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits
- 20-50 calls per day on average, but they do not focus on quantity, they focus on the quality of each call and being able to multitask. These are complex calls.
- Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, etc.
- Answering questions about Medicare and Medicaid
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others
- Will be handling sensitive information
