- Pay: $45/hour (no benefits)
What You’ll Do
- Provide ACA compliance support for small and medium-sized businesses
- Consult with clients via phone and written communication on ACA reporting (Forms 1094 & 1095 B/C)
- Deliver clear and timely responses while adhering to service-level expectations
- Support daily client calls using triage and transfer processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance workflows and elevate client experience
- Document interactions thoroughly and raise opportunities for process improvement
What You Need
- Strong customer service skills with ability to explain complex regulations clearly
- Proven ACA reporting experience or applied advisory expertise
- Knowledge of federal ACA reporting rules and requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong internet research and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to become fluent in Mitratech’s ACA Reporting Tool
Preferred
- Professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, GBA, or equivalent)
