Title: Virtual/Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative
Location: Richardson, TX.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour for English Speaking; $17.75 per hour if fluent in Spanish
Schedule: Weekdays only, no weekends (must be open to work between the hours of 7am – 7pm)

What’s a typical day as a Benefits Customer Service Representative You’ll be:
– Build rapport quickly and respond to plan participants with compassion via phone, email, and instant messaging.
– Customize your service approach to accommodate various communication styles and maintain professionalism during challenging interactions.
– Handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity and adhere to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws.
– Maintain accurate call and case notes in a professional manner.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Previous experience in customer service preferred.
– Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and organize work effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously.
– Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
– Comfortable working in a virtual environment within a 1-hour radius of Richardson, TX.
