What You’ll Do
⦁ Support customers in both Spanish and English via phone, email, chat, and/or social media
⦁ Resolve questions, issues, and concerns with a solution-first approach
⦁ De-escalate tough interactions and escalate when appropriate
⦁ Assist with requests for help and possibly process payments
⦁ Track call and case details for auditing and reporting purposes
⦁ Provide feedback on recurring call issues and trends
⦁ Meet sales objectives as defined while maintaining a positive customer experience
What You Need
⦁ Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual required)
⦁ High school diploma or GED
⦁ Must be 18 years or older
⦁ At least 6 months of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
⦁ At least 6 months of sales experience
⦁ Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
⦁ Comfort using Windows and desktop computer systems
⦁ Ability to work independently, stay composed, and negotiate effectively
⦁ Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
⦁ Ability to take feedback and follow established procedures
⦁ Internet that meets requirements: 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, ping under 50ms, no VPN or mobile/hotspot/satellite connections
⦁ Ability to provide proof of internet speed and maintain a distraction-free workspace
