Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, chat, and social media support in both Spanish and English
  • Resolve billing, account, or technical issues calmly and professionally
  • Escalate cases when necessary
  • Process payments and respond to support requests
  • Record call details accurately for reporting
  • Share feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Meet performance goals, including sales and service targets

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type 25 WPM
  • Comfortable navigating Windows operating systems
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
