What You’ll Do

  • Handle patient inquiries by phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve benefits, billing, and plan questions
  • De-escalate concerns calmly and respectfully
  • Process payments and assist with service requests
  • Document all interactions accurately
  • Upsell when required

What You Need

  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • 6+ months customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving
  • Typing 30+ WPM
  • Reliable computer + quiet workspace
  • Internet: min. 30 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (no satellite or hotspot)
