Responsibilities

  • Support customers by phone, email, chat, and/or social media
  • Resolve general questions, healthcare-related concerns, and account issues
  • Calmly de-escalate challenging situations
  • Escalate calls when needed
  • Assist with payment processing when applicable
  • Document all interactions for audits and reporting
  • Provide call-quality feedback when necessary
  • Upsell products/services if required

Requirements

Must Have

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Minimum age: 18
  • Typing: 30 WPM or above
  • Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems

Preferred

  • Customer service or sales experience
  • College coursework or degree
  • Experience in a structured, metric-driven environment
