What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries in both Spanish and English by phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Calmly de-escalate difficult situations and escalate when necessary
- Process payments and requests accurately
- Track call information for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback to improve service quality
- Meet defined sales objectives while creating positive customer experiences
What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- 6 months of sales experience minimum
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ and able to type at least 25 WPM
- Comfortable using desktop computer systems and Windows OS
- Strong communication, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, stay composed under pressure, and follow procedures consistently
Work From Home Requirements
- Internet: minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, <50ms ping, no packet loss
- Connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN
- Proof of speed required
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
