Schedule
- Full-time, remote; must reside in one of: AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
- Training (paid): 3 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET; 100% attendance required first 60 days
- After training: choose one fixed schedule
- Thu–Sun, 8:30 AM–7:30 PM ET, or
- Sat–Tue, 8:30 AM–7:30 PM ET
What You’ll Do
- Engage past-due customers by phone with dignity and respect
- Identify reasons for delinquency and negotiate win-win repayment options
- Problem-solve, overcome objections, and secure commitments
- Follow policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements
- Document interactions with accuracy and quality
What You Need
- 1+ year in a customer-focused, solutions-oriented role (collections/sales a plus)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy; quick to learn new systems; growth mindset with openness to feedback
- Private, quiet home workspace + reliable internet (minimum 80 Mbps down / 8 Mbps up)
