Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Call center hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (must be available for any assigned 8-hour shift within this window)
- Remote position (must reside in Florida)
- Camera required during interviews and orientation
- Reliable broadband internet required: minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, respond to customer questions, or forward to appropriate personnel
- Provide guidance on insurance and healthcare policy questions
- Investigate and adjudicate claims that don’t match policy provisions
- Handle provider appeals and assist in resolving provider issues
- Document all calls and update account history in line with SLA requirements
- Recommend improvements to workflows and procedures for better efficiency
- Partner with team members, management, and customers to resolve service issues
What You Need
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of customer service experience (any industry)
- Familiarity with help desk or customer service software and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and a professional, empathetic approach
- Team-oriented with the ability to identify and engage the right stakeholders
