Americollect is seeking Bilingual Remote Call Center Representatives to make and take calls from clients and help them solve problems while entering the call information into a computer.

Your job as a Bilingual Call Center Representative will be providing excellent customer service by placing and receiving phone calls to and from patients of Americollect’s clients to collect payments for their medical expenses.

You will be talking with consumers to collect demographics, insurance, and other relevant information needed while making appropriate documentation in internal technology platforms while leveraging these platforms (and other web-based tools) to research and resolve any patient questions or concerns.

Most importantly, you will be demonstrating good communication while educating callers and informing them of the healthcare revenue cycle. You will help improve their financial well-being by offering repayment programs or incentives so they can reduce their debt.

While doing so, you will actively listen to the caller and confirm or clarify information. You may also diffuse upset callers as needed, understanding that people react in a variety of ways. You will utilize knowledge and technology to provide a positive experience for all callers.

Requirements

  • Call center customer service experience would be helpful, but it is not required! We will provide the equipment, teach and train you, and you will be paid while you learn!

Here is what is required:

  • High School Diploma/GED (completed or actively enrolled)
  • Customer Service Capacity
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Qualified candidates receive an additional $1 an hour premium!
