Schedule

  • Fully remote 1099 contractor role
  • Must live in: Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Utah, or Nevada
  • Work must be completed on weekdays between 9am and 6pm ET
  • Minimum 20 to 25 hours of availability per week required
  • You provide your own equipment and reliable internet

What You’ll Do

⦁ Call Medicare patients using CircleLink’s enrollment software, averaging about 15 outbound calls per hour

⦁ Clearly explain the care program’s benefits, eligibility, and how the monthly check in works

⦁ Answer questions with empathy and accuracy so patients feel informed and confident

⦁ Motivate and encourage patients to enroll, overcoming objections and building trust

⦁ Accurately document every call and patient interaction in the system with 100 percent detail

⦁ Track recurring questions, issues, and feedback and share trends with management

⦁ Stay up to date on program details, talking points, and best practices for patient outreach

⦁ Consistently meet performance goals related to enrollments, call quality, and productivity

What You Need

⦁ At least 2 years of outbound phone sales experience

⦁ Fluent in both English and Spanish (must have)

⦁ Experience in outbound sales, Medicare, healthcare enrollment, or patient outreach is highly desired

⦁ Self directed and comfortable working independently while still hitting metrics

⦁ Strong communication and telephonic skills with a patient first mindset

⦁ Very strong closing skills and comfort handling objections

⦁ Tech savvy and eager to learn new software and tools

⦁ Excellent organization, time management, and documentation habits

⦁ Critical thinking and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
