Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote (US-based)
  • Shifts available:
    • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
    • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
    • 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for newly enrolled clients in their first months of the program
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to build relationships and maintain client engagement
  • Navigate customer objections with empathy and professionalism
  • Accurately explain services and program benefits to clients
  • Update client records and track progress using internal systems
  • Meet or exceed retention and service targets while fostering long-term success

What You Need

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • 1–2 years of experience in client retention or sales in a high-volume call center
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly and manage objections effectively
  • Fast and reliable internet connection (50 Mbps minimum)
  • Passion for helping others and delivering consistent, high-quality service
