- 100% Remote
- Shifts available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the first months of the program
- Take incoming calls and complete daily follow-up tasks
- Control conversations and address customer objections with professionalism
- Deliver accurate information about services and processes
- Navigate systems to locate and update client data
- Meet performance goals while maintaining exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client success
What You Need
- Must be bilingual: Spanish and English
- 1–2 years of client retention or call center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type accurately, perform basic math, and follow procedures
- High-speed internet (50 MBPS) with Wi-Fi access
