This is a debt settlement client support role. It’s call-heavy (inbound + outbound), Spanish is required, and “collections experience a plus” is your warning label that some calls will feel like tough-money conversations even if the title says “client service.”

My real talk take: $16/hr for bilingual + phone-heavy work is on the low side, even with bonus. If you’re considering it, treat it like a “get in, get experience, get out” role unless the bonus structure is legit and consistent.

If you want, paste the bonus details (or tell me if they mentioned typical bonus amounts). I’ll help you decide if it’s worth your time or if we should keep hunting.

Happy Hunting,
