Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- Set shifts (EST options):
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
- Pay: $16/hour paid weekly + bonus pay
- Spanish required
What You’ll Do
- Take incoming calls from clients and provide support related to their program
- Make outbound calls to give updates and answer questions
- Respond appropriately to client concerns while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Clearly explain products and services with accuracy
- Navigate computer systems to locate customer data and assist efficiently
- Document client comments and status updates accurately in the CRM
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and provide additional assistance
- Meet service and performance targets while maintaining attention to detail
- Build productive working relationships with team members
What You Need
- Fluent Spanish speaking ability (required)
- Strong customer service mindset and commitment to helping clients
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate typing and basic math skills
- Strong reliability with time and attendance
- Ability to interpret documents, follow procedures, and communicate clearly
- Experience with FDCPA guidelines (plus)
- Collections experience (plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook
