Schedule
Full-time, remote (USA). Salary range is $20.00–$26.20 per hour, with compensation based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, budget, internal equity, and market data. Role supports a fast-paced contact center environment with performance expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to a high volume of contact center inquiries with personalized, accurate support
- Provide clear product information to help members understand their coverage and options
- Research and follow up on member issues to achieve resolution
- Handle member transactions while multitasking effectively during calls
- Use problem-solving skills to drive one-call resolutions when possible
- Manage escalations professionally and use de-escalation techniques to improve satisfaction
- Provide administrative support and participate in team huddles
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product information clearly
- Comfort using multiple computer and telecommunications technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with performance metrics and quality assurance processes (preferred)
