Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week
- Shifts may include evenings/weekends/holidays
- Must be able to work as late as 9 PM EST

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and emails with empathy and clarity
- Resolve customer issues and provide proactive solutions
- Document interactions and follow up when needed
- Deliver a friendly, positive, customer-first experience

What You Need
- Bilingual English + Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with remote work environments
