Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required
- Must have dedicated internet connection (50 Mbps minimum)
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, chats, and emails from new and existing customers
- Support clients with billing questions, product issues, service requests, and lockout emergencies
- Build positive relationships by showing empathy and professionalism in every interaction
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and policy updates
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions
What You Need
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience (or equivalent)
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage frustrated callers with empathy
- Experience with Zendesk, Twilio, or Google Docs is a plus
