Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote position
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required
  • Must have dedicated internet connection (50 Mbps minimum)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls, chats, and emails from new and existing customers
  • Support clients with billing questions, product issues, service requests, and lockout emergencies
  • Build positive relationships by showing empathy and professionalism in every interaction
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and policy updates
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions

What You Need

  • 1+ year of call center or customer service experience (or equivalent)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage frustrated callers with empathy
  • Experience with Zendesk, Twilio, or Google Docs is a plus
