Job Description
Join our client’s dynamic team within the automotive industry as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent.
The Bilingual Customer Service Agent will manage accounts with outstanding payments, handle payment inquiries, negotiate repayment arrangements, and provide solutions to help customers bring their accounts up to date while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Job Details:
– 10 month contract with possibility of extension
– Fluency in FRENCH and English
– Ability to work remotely Monday to Friday, any time between 8:00AM-6:30PM EST
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to manage and resolve accounts with outstanding payments.
- Proactively reach out to customers to arrange payment plans and maintain strong relationships.
- Provide email and telephone follow-ups to customers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Complete and follow up on administrative tasks related to calls and payments.
- Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and agreements in the system
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication in both FRENCH and ENGLISH
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a call centre
- Strong customer service skills
