Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote role (must reside in the U.S.)
- Flexibility required, including some evenings, weekends, and overtime
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and transferred calls from clients considering canceling services
- Use active listening to identify concerns and address objections with empathy
- Clearly communicate program benefits and re-sell the value of services to retain clients
- Support account maintenance: update client information, process payments, and ensure accuracy
- Assist with program modifications, billing updates, and retention strategies
- Document all client interactions in CRM systems for accuracy and transparency
- Meet or exceed retention and call performance quotas
What You Need
- 2+ years of combined Customer Service and Sales experience (call center preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong knowledge of call center policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, grammar, and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
