Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (USA-based)
  • Structured schedule in a call center environment
  • Temporary assignment

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts, prompts, and call flows to address client needs
  • Assist clients with claims, provider changes, ID cards, and billing disputes
  • Support clients with Medicare/Social Security applications and gym membership programs
  • Record all interactions in the call center system accurately
  • Collaborate with managers to resolve client issues promptly
  • Meet performance and quality targets while maintaining excellent service
  • Demonstrate adaptability in working with different client personalities

What You Need

  • Bilingual skills (required)
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong communication and computer navigation skills
  • Compassion, patience, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage time effectively and make sound decisions
  • Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced environment
