What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Follow communication scripts, prompts, and call flows to address client needs
- Assist clients with claims, provider changes, ID cards, and billing disputes
- Support clients with Medicare/Social Security applications and gym membership programs
- Record all interactions in the call center system accurately
- Collaborate with managers to resolve client issues promptly
- Meet performance and quality targets while maintaining excellent service
- Demonstrate adaptability in working with different client personalities
What You Need
- Bilingual skills (required)
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong communication and computer navigation skills
- Compassion, patience, and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage time effectively and make sound decisions
- Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced environment
