A company is Chicago is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers and is vital to the company’s success. The position receives a high volume of inbound calls and will make outbound calls to follow up with clients and customers.
This position is 100% remote. Must live in Illinois to be considered for this position.
Bilingual – Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Outlook
- Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Good phone etiquette
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- BILINGUAL – English and Spanish required
- Up to 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Call center experience preferred but not required
