As a bilingual representative, you’ll provide critical support to Spanish- and English-speaking members, helping them understand their benefits and resolve issues with compassion.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Remote within the U.S.
- 24/7 department — shifts may include weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- 8–12 weeks of paid virtual training (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, 100% attendance required)
- Assigned shift provided after training and does not change
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, and chat
- Handle billing, eligibility, and disenrollment inquiries
- Partner with other teams to resolve complex customer needs
- Apply problem-solving skills to provide accurate, timely solutions
- Educate members on billing setup, payment processes, and benefits
- Document all interactions consistently in company systems
- Manage follow-ups and special projects as assigned
What You Need
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent work experience)
- 18 years of age or older
- 4+ years of customer service experience with problem resolution
- 2+ years of proficiency with Windows computer applications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Flexibility to work any assigned shift in a 24/7 environment, including holidays and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in a call center environment
- Experience with ISET systems

- Dedicated, private home workspace with information security
- Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy
- Reliable high-speed internet (company-approved or existing service)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $17.74 – $31.63 (based on experience and location)
