What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information on SNAP EBT transactions
  • Resolve complaints and guide customers toward clear, effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions across multiple tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance benchmarks
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on services, tools, and industry trends

What You Need

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to stay engaged on calls
  • Tech-savvy: able to manage multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work from a private, distraction-free home workspace
  • Must meet all tech requirements (wired ethernet, stable internet speeds, Windows updates current)
