What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming customer calls for inquiries, orders, product info, billing, account support, and more
- Listen actively, resolve issues efficiently, and follow through with professionalism
- Maintain deep product/service knowledge and collaborate with other departments as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal communication skills
- Basic customer service experience and familiarity with phone-based support
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and data entry skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
