What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming customer calls for inquiries, orders, product info, billing, account support, and more
  • Listen actively, resolve issues efficiently, and follow through with professionalism
  • Maintain deep product/service knowledge and collaborate with other departments as needed

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic customer service experience and familiarity with phone-based support
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and data entry skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
