BILINGUAL EARLY STAGE DIALER AGENT
(ESOP) (FRENCH/ENGLISH)
Pay Rate: $20
Location: Montreal QC
Job Type: Contract
Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Bilingual Early Stage (ESOP) Dialer Agent (French/English) for a 6-month contract working remotely and head office is in Montreal.
As a Bilingual Early Stage (ESOP) Dialer Agent (French/English) your duties will include but not be limited to::
- Performing Inbound / Outbound collection calls to clients in regards to past due payments
- Responding to inquiries regarding delinquent accounts and negotiating payment arrangements
- Offering Hardship solutions to customers by completing risk assessments
- Documenting all activity details in appropriate systems
Qualifications required for the Bilingual Early Stage (ESOP) Dialer Agent (French/English):
- Strong BILINGUAL communication and writing skills (French/English)
- P2 years of previous call center or customer service experience
- Basic understanding of Consumer Collections and relevant functional procedures
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
