What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with fraud detection cases
- Monitor debit and credit accounts for suspicious activity using fraud detection systems
- Investigate, document, and escalate fraudulent activity to mitigate potential losses
- Maintain accurate case records and provide professional, calm customer support
- Communicate fraud trends and improvement opportunities to management
What You Need
- High school diploma (some post-secondary education preferred)
- At least 1 year of fraud detection or investigation experience (preferred)
- 6+ months in customer service or call center environment (preferred)
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with fraud processing tools a plus)
- Excellent communication in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
