Job Description
Our client within the Insurance industry is looking for Bilingual (FRENCH) Customer Service Representatives to join their team.
- Fully remote position with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement.
- Office located in Mississauga.
- Standard hours of work: Between 8AM-8PM, you will be working 8 hour shifts within that timeframe
- Temp to perm employment opportunity.

- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, managing title insurance orders, and promptly resolving client concerns.
- Evaluate client needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Manage client complaints, propose suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle challenging clients, de-escalate tense situations, and diplomatically resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Perform additional duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in French and English is required.
- Strong telephone communication and active listening skills.
- Highly professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities, including meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in real estate, preferably in a law firm or title insurance setting.
- Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate practices.
- Adaptability and a team-oriented approach to working under pressure with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
