What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with product or service issues in English and Spanish
- Document call details for reporting and compliance
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Recommend or upsell additional services to existing customers
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer navigation skills
- Clear communication, active listening, and professional courtesy
- Must have a private home workspace with a wired broadband internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload; DSL or cable only)
