Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with healthcare product/service issues via phone and chat
  • Document call-related information for reporting and compliance
  • Maintain and update customer account information
  • Upsell or recommend enhanced services as appropriate
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused service

Requirements

  • Verified bilingual fluency: Spanish & English
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills with ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension skills
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office setup
  • Reliable wired internet: minimum 10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up (DSL or cable only; no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite connections)
