Schedule
- Remote position (must reside in Tennessee)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media in English and Spanish
- Resolve inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Calmly de-escalate challenging situations
- Escalate interactions when necessary
- Process payments accurately and maintain records for auditing and reporting
- Provide constructive feedback on recurring issues
- Meet defined sales objectives
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum typing speed: 30 wpm
- Proficient with Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
Work from Home Requirements:
- Internet: Minimum download speed 30 Mbps / upload 10 Mbps, no packet loss, ping under 50ms
- No satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
- Proof of internet speed required
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
