What You’ll Do
- Support customers in English and Spanish with product and service questions
- Document call details for reporting and compliance
- Update customer records accurately
- Share product knowledge and upsell enhanced services when appropriate
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verified)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented approach
