Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers in English and Spanish with product and service questions
  • Document call details for reporting and compliance
  • Update customer records accurately
  • Share product knowledge and upsell enhanced services when appropriate

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verified)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer navigation and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented approach
