Responsibilities

  • Meaningful connections will be made here, you will advise and resolve any customer needs, and approach each interaction in an empathetic, and efficient manner
  • Assist with inquiries regarding pharmacy issues from members, providers, and pharmacy representatives
  • You will exceed established performance goals in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, adherence, and attendance

  • Minimum of 6 months recent Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum of 6 months inbound Call Center Experience
  • Minimum of 6 months Healthcare Call Center Experience OR Strong Healthcare Knowledge
  • Must Speak English/ Spanish Fluently

  • Laptop or Desktop computer with over 3.9G memory
  • Mouse & Keyboard (corded/wired)
  • Ethernet cable long enough to plug into your personal modem or router for a hard-wired internet connection
  • Reliable internet with 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed
  • 1 Monitor (minimum 19)
