About Vida Health
Vida Health supports members through a digital health program designed to improve outcomes through coaching, guidance, and easy-to-use tools. The Member Services team is the front door, helping people enroll, navigate the app, and get answers with empathy and accuracy.
Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Full-time, non-exempt hourly
- Seasonal role: 3 months (possible extension based on business needs/performance)
- Phone-heavy role with KPI expectations (inbound + outbound)
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to members who may not know Vida, using motivational interviewing and rapport-building to explain the benefits and enroll them (program is free to the member)
- Take inbound calls to conduct assessments, answer questions, support enrollment based on interests and health goals, and assist with app navigation
- Deliver high-quality support with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Promote Vida program offerings that match member needs and goals
- Document every interaction accurately in the Member Services system while protecting confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Resolve concerns when possible and escalate complex issues to the right teams, ensuring timely follow-up
- Handle objections calmly and provide clear, reassuring solutions and program guidance
- Support team projects as needed (training updates, peer sessions, meeting support, script improvements, quality monitoring)
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvement
- Consistently meet or exceed inbound/outbound KPIs
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with CRM and ticketing systems
- Able to work fast, stay organized, and remain member-focused under pressure
