Schedule
- Full-time, remote

- Requires availability to meet inbound/outbound call KPIs
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective members to explain program benefits and encourage enrollment
- Take inbound calls to support members with enrollment, assessments, app navigation, and general inquiries
- Deliver exceptional service through empathetic communication, education, and tailored solutions
- Log all interactions accurately while following HIPAA and service standards
- Identify solutions or escalate member concerns as needed, ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate with team members on training updates, process improvements, and peer sessions
- Stay current through ongoing training and service development
- Exceed key performance metrics while supporting members with warmth and professionalism
What You Need
- High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare industry preferred)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM and ticketing platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused remote environment
