Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to introduce and enroll members into Vida’s programs
  • Handle inbound calls, assessments, and member questions
  • Build rapport and use motivational interviewing to support member engagement
  • Guide members through app/navigation support and program features
  • Document all interactions accurately in company systems
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and member privacy
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
  • Deliver exceptional member service grounded in empathy and efficiency
  • Support training, scripting, and process improvements as needed
  • Meet performance goals across inbound and outbound activity

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2-3 years customer service or call-center experience (healthcare ideal)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and active-listening skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience and professionalism
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs
