Schedule

  • Full-time, Temporary through December 31, 2025

  • Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone

What You’ll Do

  • Use an auto-dialer to make 120–150 outbound calls daily
  • Speak with 70–80 patients per day and schedule at least 14 appointments
  • Introduce patients to Sprinter’s in-home services and build trust
  • Educate Spanish-speaking patients on the importance and convenience of in-home care
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed

What You Need

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken, read, and written)
  • Must reside in Eastern Time Zone
  • 2+ years of outbound call center experience, including 1+ year in healthcare
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Five9, Zendesk, and Mac OS
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality service
