What You’ll Do
- Use an auto-dialer to make 120–150 outbound calls daily
- Speak with 70–80 patients per day and schedule at least 14 appointments
- Introduce patients to Sprinter’s in-home services and build trust
- Educate Spanish-speaking patients on the importance and convenience of in-home care
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
What You Need
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken, read, and written)
- Must reside in Eastern Time Zone
- 2+ years of outbound call center experience, including 1+ year in healthcare
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Five9, Zendesk, and Mac OS
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality service
