Schedule
- Temporary role through December 31, 2025
- Start date: September 22, 2025
- Full-time, remote, Eastern Time Zone
- Includes 2 weeks of paid training
Responsibilities
- Make 120–150 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer system
- Speak with 70–80 patients per day and book an average of 14 appointments
- Educate patients on the importance of their services and the benefits of in-home care
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
- Build trust and motivate patients to schedule visits with Sprinter clinicians
- Collaborate with teammates and healthcare professionals for a seamless patient experience
- Escalate questions and concerns to the appropriate teams as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
- Residence in the Eastern Time Zone
- 2+ years in high-volume call centers, including 1+ year in healthcare
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare software
- Strong communication skills, able to explain medical services clearly
- Skilled in multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat)
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality service
- Experience with Five9, Zendesk, and Mac computers
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Experience using Slack
