Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Fully remote within the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and messages from patients and healthcare partners
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, appointment reshuffles, and cancellations
- Manage patient communications across phone, app, and voicemail
- Coordinate with multiple women’s health practices for seamless care
- Provide overflow call center support and intake assistance
- Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and empathy
- Tech comfort and phone-based professionalism
