Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
  • Fully remote within the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and messages from patients and healthcare partners
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, appointment reshuffles, and cancellations
  • Manage patient communications across phone, app, and voicemail
  • Coordinate with multiple women’s health practices for seamless care
  • Provide overflow call center support and intake assistance
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

What You Need

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and empathy
  • Tech comfort and phone-based professionalism
