Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote (US-based)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible scheduling with multiple shift blocks available, including weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and document calls and messages from members, pharmacies, and providers
  • Assist with benefit inquiries, claim reviews, and prescription processing
  • Serve as a problem-solver and advocate for members and their families
  • Maintain detailed records in call tracking systems
  • Support pharmacies with claims adjudication and benefit verification
  • Collaborate across operations to continuously improve member support

What You Need

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
  • 3–5 years in a healthcare, PBM, or health plan call center role
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with benefits adjudication, member navigation, and issue resolution
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
