Schedule
- Full-Time, Remote (U.S. only)
- Training: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST
- Post-training: 5-day schedule including weekends, 11:30 am – 10:00 pm EST
- Start Dates: October 27th or November 10th
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
What You’ll Do
- Promote and sell Comcast products and services using a consultative approach
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to engage a diverse customer base
- Turn inbound customer support calls into sales opportunities
- Build lasting relationships by addressing inquiries with professionalism and care
- Educate customers on current and emerging products and services
- Accurately navigate multiple systems while maintaining high call quality
- Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with growth potential
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of sales, call center, or customer service experience
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor with consultative selling ability

- Base Pay: $14.50/hour
- Targeted Commission: $17,000+ annually (uncapped potential)
- Total Target Compensation: ~$22.67/hour
