What You’ll Do
- Drive new student enrollments and hit monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals
- Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to warm leads
- Build long-term customer relationships with prospective and current students
- Present solutions that match the individual’s career goals and learning needs
- Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) and report weekly sales performance
- Collaborate with customer service, technical support, and marketing teams
- Understand the competitive landscape and adjust strategies to stay ahead
What You Need
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Strong ability to close sales and overcome objections
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Passion for helping people achieve their goals
